R12 Gap Analysis

Our expert consultants review some or all of your business processes and your usage of the system against industry best practice. We will document our recommendations and create a Road Map to identify how to get you from where you are to where you would like to be. Some or all of these improvements can then be included within the upgrade.

R12 Upgrade

This will take you from your current version to R12. We complete a Test upgrade, CRPs and Live upgrade and guarantee minimal system downtime.

R12 Re-implementation

If you find that you need to dramatically change the configuration of your system, then re-implementation may be a better option for you. VIP can guide you through this choice and then manage the implementation, data transition, training and change management aspects to make the re-implementation smooth and trouble free.
