The Job: 

• Develop technology strategies and architectures to meet the client's vision, enabled by realistic roadmaps of capability development framed within a well-defined governance
• Develop early stages of the architectural roadmap, gathering context and rationale that feeds the technology vision
• Develop business architecture and formally modelling and documenting architecture
• Work with both the business and IT to define the technology roadmap and initiatives to support our client’s strategy and vision
• Support the definition of the client’s application strategy, and develop the roadmap, to ensure a coherent approach to managing and rationalising the application landscape

Qualifications:

• A good balance of technology and functional skills enabling you to be positioned at the intersection of business and technology
• Previous experience in a Technical Lead or Architect role and helping large organisations to establish a business or technology architecture vision and roadmap
• Experience of working across varied technology domains such as Business Applications, Data, Infrastructure, Integration and Security

As a Leasing Business Analyst you will work within our UK consulting practice to support our clients with multi-national Leasing Operations. We help our clients run efficient global leasing systems, aligned to best in class leasing business processes. In depth industry and technology expertise are critical for transforming companies and transitioning teams and platforms towards operational excellence.

The Job 

• Engage in the design, creation and presentation of Client Leasing Processes using our transformation methodology AMOBI .
• Gather client business requirements through workshops and client documentation, formally documenting into a Business Requirements Document (BRD) for review and sign-off by the client.
• Work with our client to fully understand the Client Business Requirements enough to work with senior BA’s, Consultants and Product Partners to map functionality fit of client needs to a target platform. (Gap Analysis)
• Manage and document Functional Specifications for Client’s Business Requirement Gaps, Reports and Extensions to ensure they are translated into technical solutions that are accurate, scalable and flexible.
• Act as the key point of contact between client business users, functional and technical consultants and IT. Engage with other technology partners within a project as appropriate.

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Management), Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant disciplines
• 2+ Years Financial Services industry experience.

As an experienced Salesforce developer, you will hit the ground running on client projects within our UK consulting practice. You will use Salesforce best practices in designing and developing solutions that leverage standard tool based approach (such as Process builder, Flow, Workflow rules, Report builder, Einstein Analytics) before doing code based solutions.

The Job

• Work with UK based consultants to deliver high quality solutions preferably in UK. (Off – shore candidates may be considered)
• Responsible for the Technical Design Documentation, Salesforce Customisation and Development of Client Integrations throughout the Leasing business flows
• Development and Integration with Bureaus and Third-party applications (Such as Accounting – SAGE), Cloud Document repositories (e.g. SharePoint, Box)
• Development and Integration with legacy systems such as on-premise ERP and home grown systems
• Design and development of Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts and tabs (Using Visualforce, Lightning component framework)
• Design of Process Builder, Lightning Flows, Workflow rules
• Design and Build Document Templates in Salesforce/Conga
• Development of Reports and Dashboards
• Native Salesforce Sales Cloud objects, tools and best practices.
• Complete unit testing and support functional testing

As a Senior Business Analyst – OLFM you will work within our market leading consulting practice to support our clients for their multi-national Leasing Operations. We help our clients run a world class Leasing systems, aligned to best in class leasing business processes, making the best use of the information available and the supporting technologies, translating operational excellence into top class service levels for our clients and partners.

The Job 

• Engage in the design, deployment and support for the Leasing processes and systems in the context of our transformation methodologies AMOBI and DELIVER, using the Oracle E-Business Suite/OLFM platform as the core solution set.
• Work with onsite and offshore teams to ensure that project timelines, milestones and KPIs are reached and that production issues are fixed as per support SLAs, acting as the liaison between business and implementation, development and support teams to prioritise needs and requests.
• Gather requirements from business users for projects and enhancement initiatives, preparing the required functional specifications, ensuring that functional requirements are translated into technical solutions that are scalable and flexible.
• Provide IT project leadership for transformational leasing initiatives and integrations, building relationships and interact with external vendors (banks, consulting firms, software vendors, etc.) as and when required to deliver business solutions.
• Act as the key point of contact between the business users and IT, engaging with other technology partners across the enterprise landscape (BI, Middleware, Infrastructure, etc.) providing a single point of contact to the business partners and providing insight to technical solutions.

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical discipline required with 7+ years working with ORACLE and OLFM (Oracle Lease & Finance Management).
• Proficient in the combination of modules OLFM/AR/AP/GL/FA
• Expertise in setting up and troubleshooting OLFM and implementations or upgrades
• Experience with Multi-GAAP, Multi-currency, Multi-org, and Multi-Set of Books setup
• Understanding of Multi-Org Access Control, Sub-Ledger Architecture (SLA), & Legal Entity infrastructure
